Your First Appointment

It is our job to make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, starting with the first appointment.

We take the time to complete a thorough exam of your mouth and teeth so that nothing is missed, including screening for mouth cancer.

This dental health check is a great opportunity for us to answer your questions and discuss treatment options.

Using the latest digital technology we help you visualise your own mouth and illustrate any potential issues. This is carried out at a Virtual Consultation online with your dentist and Treatment Coordinator, where they will share your clinical photographs, a digital 3D image of your mouth and teeth, and any radiography we might need to discuss. This then helps you to fully understand any treatment your dentist might be recommending, and allow them to answer your questions in a relaxed environment wherever you might be. You can access these virtual consultations with a cup of tea sat on the sofa, from a desk while at work, or even while on holiday!

You will then be provided with a detailed treatment plan and an outline of the fees and payment options available to you before arranging your appointments. Our excellent reception and nursing team will then make sure your appointments are made to fit around your diary, and in an appropriate timeframe to achieve the best outcomes.
